How AgentLoom bills.
You use your own API key to run the models. Anthropic bills you directly; AgentLoom doesn't resell tokens — we just monitor the usage your key reports. AgentLoom charges a flat monthly fee for orchestrating the agent work, so the system can keep running continuously for days — picking backlog items, executing resolution sessions, handling review and CI, repairing post-merge regressions, and feeding follow-ups back in. You steer the automation level and the manual gates; AgentLoom decides what runs, when, with what context, permissions, memory, gates, and next state. Each plan includes a monthly cap on the agent-work spend AgentLoom will orchestrate on your behalf. AgentLoom doesn't replace Claude Code — it compounds it.
What counts against your monthly cap:
Roadmap-planning runs
Sprint-planning runs
Issue resolution cycles
Active agent execution
Multi-role review iterations
Follow-up task generation
Integrator repair PRs
What doesn't:
Adding seats
Reading the dashboard
Reviewing PRs
Waiting for CI
Waiting for human review or approval
Idle time between agent sessions
Your own CI provider's compute (which may be billed separately by that provider)
Need something custom?
Annual contracts, invoice-based billing, enterprise SSO, custom capacity pools, dedicated onboarding, DPA, MSA, vendor security review, and data-residency or isolation requirements. Talk to sales about scoping a pilot for your security and identity bar.
Billing FAQ
AgentLoom value isn't who logs in — it's how much delivery work the system ships autonomously. Hand it a backlog and it runs continuously for days: resolving items, handling review and CI, repairing post-merge regressions, triaging follow-ups back into the queue, generating new issues from your roadmap when the queue thins, and refreshing the roadmap as work lands. Seats are free; plans scale by how much of that work AgentLoom orchestrates in a billing period.
Your dashboard surfaces the agent-work spend from your Anthropic key for every completed run, totaled against your plan's monthly cap. No two issues cost the same — long sessions, review churn, merge conflicts, and retries all land in the running total.
